The personal interview could involve more than one round of interview, depending on the role applied for and experience of the candidate. This also means that the personal interview stage could extend over a few days for some of the candidates.
The overall selection process exercise would take about 3-4 weeks time for Freshers and 4-10 weeks for Experienced candidates depending upon the notice period criteria.
Q: What are the documents I will have to submit post selection?
Ans: There would be a reference check conducted by the 3rd party.

- Transcripts (Educational Certificates)
Q Will I be offered in my preferred location?
Ans: Axis Bank reserves the right to place you anywhere based on business need. However, your preferences given will be considered. Please note that banking jobs are transferable.
